REGISTRATION
Registration form must be sent no later than April 15, 2026 using the following link:

A selection process will take place with the results announced 2-3 weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Participants will be notified of the selected presentation type (poster or oral). The registration form should be send by the presenting author and by participants planning to attend the on-site event (non-presenting attendees). Please note that all participants (presenting or non-presenting) should register and pay the registration fee. Please download the abstract template and upload it in the registration form as a docx file.

REGISTRATION FEE
Members of Bulgarian Anatomical Society – 60 € (VAT included)
Non-members of Bulgarian Anatomical Society – 80 € (VAT included)
Accompanying persons – 40 € (VAT included)
PhD Student/Student – 30 € (VAT included)

Registration fee includes - submission of one abstract, access to exhibition and poster areas, conference materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks.

For the official dinner, each participant should pay additional 25 € (VAT included).

Registration fee does not cover accommodation and transport.

PAYMENT DETAILS
The payment of the registration fee should be made by bank transfer. The total amount includes VAT. All transfer charges are covered by the sender. Please clearly indicate in the bank documents your name and registration fee in the “Reason for payment” field.
